About Linda & Brian Ride To Remember
Join us on a journey that transcends mere miles. We are not just cycling; we are bearing witness, honoring the resilience of a people, and celebrating life's triumph over darkness.
We are embarking on a meaningful fitness endeavor - a ride that holds deep significance. We are commemorating the Holocaust, and we are riding for the living, for the indomitable spirit of the Jewish community in Krakow, Poland.
This isn't just any bike ride; it's a comprehensive experience that intertwines remembrance with hope. We'll pedal 60 miles, tracing a path from the haunting gates of Auschwitz-Birkenau to the vibrant heart of Krakow. Along the way, we'll immerse ourselves in the rich tapestry of Krakow's Jewish heritage - past, present, and future.
While we'll be physically present for this four-day event, you can be part of it from anywhere in the world, and join us remotely in spirit through the Ride For The Living Global Challenge.
The money raised by Ride For The Living participants will directly support JCC Krakow's projects aiding both Ukrainian refugees and Israelis in Poland, as well as intergenerational programming for students, young families, and Holocaust survivors.
Let's make every mile count and stand together, reaffirming the timeless truth: Am Yisroel Chai - the people of Israel live on.
