In late June, we will join hundreds of people from around the world as we cycle the 60 miles from Auschwitz-Birkenau -- where more than 1 million people, most of them Jewish, perished during the Holocaust -- to the vibrant Jewish Community Center of Krakow, Poland. Our ride is intended to raise awareness of Krakow's eight-decade journey from darkness to light, including as experienced by those who now live in and around the city. 

In honor of our ride, we ask that you consider making a financial contribution to the Jewish Community Center of Krakow. Your generosity will make it possible for the JCC to maintain and expand the social, educational and other services it provides to the Jewish community -- as well as to residents from a range of backgrounds. Among those efforts are activities intended to foster Jewish-Polish relations and to sustain the center's role as a visitor center for the thousands of tourists who travel to Krakow each year, in part to ensure that the tragedy and devastation of the Holocaust are never forgotten.
